A customer may return any physical product (CDs, videos, self study courses, etc) purchased directly from us within thirty days for a full refund of the purchase price minus an administrative fee of 10% of the cost of the product. The customer is responsible for the return postage.
If you purchase a defective audio product, you may return it for a replacement.
For prepaid coaching services and telecourses a full refund is available up until 3 days before the beginning of the session excluding a small administrative fee of $25. After that no refund is available.
